I am interested in that which sustains life without necessarily making itself visible. For years
I have been researching the relationships that articulate the living systems of nature and the human body,
seeking to understand the relational logics that enable them to function as a whole: connection, circulation, exchange, transformation, and interdependence.

I do not seek to reproduce their forms, but rather to translate those logics into an abstract language. I work
with mixed media, combining pictorial, graphic, textile, and ceramic materials that allow me to
approach this research through painting, drawing, and volume.

Through my work, I seek to invite viewers to pause and observe the relationships that usually
go unnoticed; to recognize that a system is defined not only by its parts, but also by
what happens between them.
